Our services are using the integral framework by Ken Wilber
as a highly sophisticated and fit reference system for structuring,
organizing knowledge and designing projects and interactions.

As we both come to the integral framework from an extensive phenomenological and structural research on how human consciousness works, our projects and designs are all informed
by this knowledge.

Our approach is using the theory, which excels and inspires us,
but is deeply grounded and always intended for practical, real life application.

iLectures, iEducation and Trainings

We offer MindShifting and Trim Tab Trainings. Our interventions are
all designed with the following intentions:

Transmit the basics of the integral framework in any of our
fields of expertise in order to

~ organize the participants’ knowledge
~ widen their perspective
~ foster their ability to multi-dimensionalize
~ learn to occupy different view points
~ learn how to communicate with different world views
~ get insights into the nature of change and complexity
~ foster their ability to design effective and successful projects

Introduce the mechanics of consciousness as a tool/operating
system in order to

~ transmit the ability to dis-identify from fixed view points
~ enhance personal responsibility, and self-determinism
~ raise awareness of hidden personal values, beliefs and motivators
~ have 1st person insights into mechanisms of personal and
    collective consciousness/reality
~ shift the focus from problem solving to prototyping and creating

Our seminars and lessons come in various shapes and constellation
